Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Incharge based in Bengaluru. The Store Incharge will oversee daily store operations, ensure optimal inventory management, prevent retail losses, and maintain a well-organized and efficient environment. The role involves maintaining high levels of customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing relationships with clients and suppliers.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients.
- Store Management expertise, including oversight of inventory, stock management, and operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in Retail Loss Prevention to ensure minimal losses and manage risks effectively.
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with team members and stakeholders.
- Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented mindset and excellent problem-solving skills.
