Store Incharge
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Store Incharge to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store/warehouse. The role involves managing inventory, supervising store staff, ensuring smooth material movement, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and experience in store/warehouse management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall store operations, including receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure timely stock reconciliation.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with procurement for replenishment.
- Implement effective storage practices to optimize space utilization and prevent damages.
- Supervise store staff, assign tasks, and ensure adherence to company policies.
- Maintain documentation related to inward/outward stock movement.
- Ensure proper handling of materials and compliance with safety standards.
- Conduct periodic audits and physical verification of stock.
- Coordinate with other departments (production, accounts, purchase, etc.) for material requirements.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock status and movement.
Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate / Diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- 37 years of experience in store/warehouse management.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP software.
- Good understanding of material handling, storage practices, and stock control.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
