Key Responsibility

Oversee daily operations of the store godown including stock receipt, storage, and dispatch.
Ensure proper documentation of all inward and outward materials in coordination with the ERP system.
Maintain accurate stock levels through periodic physical verification and reconciliation with system data.
Supervise loading and unloading activities ensuring proper handling and safety of goods.
Monitor and maintain optimal storage conditions and cleanliness within the godown.
Coordinate with the purchase, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely stock movement.
Track ageing stocks and report slow-moving or damaged items to the management.
Ensure compliance with company SOPs and audit requirements related to stock and warehouse management.
Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) practices to ensure efficient stock rotation.
Manage and guide store assistants and helpers for smooth day-to-day operations.

Educational Qualification

Minimum qualification: Plus Two or Diploma in any discipline.
Preferred: Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management.
Minimum 0–5 years of experience in store or warehouse management (preferably in retail or electronics sector).
