JOB DESCRIPTION - STORE EXECUTIVE

Department: Stores

Designation: Store Executive

Reports To: Store Manager / Purchase Manager

Location: Panchkula

Experience: 1–3 Years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary : 20,000-25000

• 1–3 years of experience in Stores, Warehouse, Inventory, or Material Management.
• Experience in a manufacturing/factory environment will be preferred.
• Experience with ERP/SAP/Tally or other inventory management software is desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive and verify incoming materials.
2. Prepare and maintain GRN and stock records.
3. Issue materials against authorized requisitions.
4. Maintain proper bin/location-wise inventory.
5. Perform daily/weekly/monthly stock reconciliation.
6. Coordinate with departments for material requirements.
7. Prepare inventory and consumption reports.
8. Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S in the store.
