Position Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations, inventory handling, material inward/outward activities, and stock maintenance. The candidate should have basic knowledge of store management processes, inventory control, SAP/ERP systems, and warehouse operations.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, capable of maintaining accurate records, and able to coordinate effectively with production, purchase, and dispatch teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle material inward and outward activities efficiently.
  
• Maintain proper stock records and inventory updates.
  
• Ensure accurate storage and identification of materials.
  
• Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch departments for material requirements.
  
• Prepare GRN, stock reports, issue slips, and inventory documentation.
  
• Perform physical stock verification and inventory audits.
  
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages/excess materials.
  
• Maintain housekeeping and safety standards within the store area.
  
• Update inventory details in SAP/ERP software systems.
  
• Generate inventory and stock movement reports using SAP/ERP.
  
• Ensure proper handling of raw materials, components, and finished goods.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation for material transactions and inventory records.
  

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of store and inventory management.
  
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems and MS Excel.
  
• Knowledge of GRN, material issue, stock transfer, and inventory transactions in SAP.
  
• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
  
• Strong coordination and communication abilities.
  
• Basic understanding of material handling and warehouse operations.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  

Qualification

• Graduate / Diploma in any discipline preferred.
  

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in Store, Warehouse, or Inventory Management.
  
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial company preferred.
  
• Experience working on SAP/ ERP systems will be an added advantage.
