Store Executive

Job Location: Sahibabad

Job Role: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including goods inward, goods outward, storage, and inventory control.
• Ensure accurate GRN processing, stock issuance, and maintenance of optimum inventory levels.
• Reconcile Purchase Orders with received materials and resolve discrepancies with vendors and procurement.
• Perform regular stock reconciliation, physical stock verification, and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Prepare and update PO MIS, inventory reports, and stock movement records.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Sales, Finance, and other departments to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain proper documentation, comply with inventory SOPs, and ensure adherence to FIFO/FEFO practices and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for coordinating with production, procurement, and vendors.
• Candidates should possess Retail Sales and Store Management skills to manage stock, support parts sales, and oversee daily store activities.
• Candidates should have basic computer literacy, including familiarity with inventory or ERP systems, and good numerical accuracy.
• Candidates should demonstrate attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; prior experience in industrial stores, warehouse, or inventory management is an advantage.
