Store Executive

We're Hiring | Inventory & Stores Executive (Manufacturing)

We are looking for dynamic and detail-oriented candidates to join our manufacturing plant as an Inventory & Stores Executive at Ambarnath MIDC, Thane.

Job Location: Ambarnath, Thane

Experience Required: 1 to 2 years (Manufacturing / Plant preferred)

Compensation: 20,000 25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and managing raw materials using the ERP system
• Incoming material inspection and quality checks
• Verifying supplies against supplier invoices & purchase orders
• Tracking PO status and sharing delivery timelines with the production team
• Inspecting materials and equipment to ensure specification compliance
• Coordinating with vendors, stores, and production teams

Ideal Candidate

• Basic knowledge of ERP / Inventory systems
• Experience in stores, inbound materials, or warehouse operations
• Strong coordination and documentation skills
