Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the store's operations
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking , update inventory using the SAP MM (Materials Management) module
- Train and supervise store staff
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Manage cash registers and handle financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze sales reports
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
- SAP (T codes) Operations
- Billing
