Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Store Executive based in Nagpur, with some opportunities for remote work. The Store Executive will be responsible for managing daily store operations, ensuring timely procurement and proper storage of materials, maintaining inventory records, and coordinating with team members for logistical support. Additionally, the role includes interacting with clients and stakeholders, managing sales processes, and ensuring excellent customer service experiences. Close collaboration with other departments to meet project needs and comply with company policies will also be expected.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to manage client interactions and ensure service excellence
- Proficiency in Retail operations and Sales management
- Familiarity with Commerce principles and basic financial management
- Organizational abilities, attention to detail, and ability to manage inventory efficiently
- Proficiency in relevant tools and technologies for store operations
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
- Educational background in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is advantageous
