Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Store Executive role based in Jaipur. The Store Executive will oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and ensure timely stock replenishment. Additional responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, maintaining excellent customer service standards, assisting with sales strategies, and contributing to the overall performance and efficiency of the store.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to effectively assist customers and address inquiries.
- Proficiency in Retail and Sales to manage operations and support store objectives.
- Understanding and knowledge of Commerce to contribute to the financial and inventory aspects of the store.
- Ability to manage tasks, demonstrate organizational skills, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in retail or store operations is an advantage.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
