Smidnya Technologies is looking for a
Store Executive to manage store operations including
material inward/outward, inventory control, stock reconciliation, and dispatch activities. The candidate should be detail-oriented, disciplined with documentation, and comfortable coordinating with Purchase/Production/Service teams to ensure accurate and timely material handling.
Key Responsibilities
Receive material against PO/Delivery Challan and verify quantity, part number, and condition
Create/update GRN, inward entries, and labeling/tagging
Coordinate with QC/Production for inspection/acceptance where required
Track shortages, damages, and replacement follow-ups with vendors
- Inventory Control & Store Management
Maintain accurate stock in system (Zoho Inventory/ERP/Excel)
Manage bin locations, labeling, and housekeeping (5S)
Perform cycle counts, weekly/monthly reconciliation, and maintain stock accuracy
Monitor min/max levels and inform Purchase for replenishment
Identify non-moving/slow-moving stock and report to management
Issue materials to Production/Service as per indent/job card/BOM
Ensure correct picking, FIFO/FEFO where applicable, and proper record updates
Maintain issue registers and system entries
- Dispatch & Logistics Support (Included)
Prepare dispatch-ready material: picking, packing, labeling
Generate and maintain dispatch documentation:
Delivery Challan / Invoice support (as per process)
Packing list, courier POD tracking, e-way bill coordination (if applicable)
Coordinate with courier/transporters for pickup and delivery updates
Ensure safe packing for electrical/electronic and fragile items
Maintain dispatch register and update shipment status internally
- Documentation & Coordination
Maintain inward/outward registers, return notes, vendor RMA records
Coordinate with Purchase for pending deliveries and closures
Coordinate with Accounts for documentation support where required
Requirements
Strong knowledge of Stores & Inventory processes (GRN, inward/outward, reconciliation)
Excel proficiency (daily usage): filters, basic formulas, stock tracking
Familiarity with ERP/Inventory software (Zoho preferred) is a plus
Good communication and coordination skills
High accuracy, ownership, and process discipline
Preferred Experience
Experience handling industrial automation/electrical components preferred:
Sensors, cables, relays, MCBs, terminals, SMPS, pneumatic items, fasteners, etc.
Basic understanding of part numbers, BOM-based issuing, bin/shelf systems
