Job Description
- Receive incoming materials and verify them against purchase orders and delivery documents
- Check materials for quality, quantity, and condition before acceptance
- Ensure proper storage of raw materials, packing materials, and finished goods as per specified conditions
- Maintain accurate and updated inventory records using manual or ERP systems
- Issue materials to production as per requisition slips and production schedules
- Follow FIFO/FEFO methods for material handling and issuance
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality departments for smooth workflow
- Ensure proper documentation and record maintenance as per GMP and company standards
- Assist in stock reconciliation, cycle counts, and annual physical inventory
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages, damages, or excess inventory to management
- Ensure proper labeling, identification, and traceability of all stored materials
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store area
- Support internal and external audits by providing required records and data
- Assist in resolving discrepancies in stock and documentation issues
Requirements
- Pharma industry experience is mandatory
- Good understanding of store operations and inventory control
- Knowledge of GMP and documentation practices
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel / ERP)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a team and handle responsibilities independently
Qualification: Any Degree
Experience: 0–3 Years (Pharma experience mandatory)
