As a Retail Sales Executive – Mobility, you will be the face of Frido in our stores. Your role goes beyond sales—you will create meaningful ergonomic lifestyle experiences for customers, educate them about our products, and ensure they leave with both comfort solutions and a memorable brand experience. This role also involves field responsibilities including customer demos, product delivery, and basic installation support.

Key Responsibilities:

•Welcome and assist customers with a consultative sales approach

•Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

•Representing the brand with professionalism and a customer-first attitude

•Maintain store presentation and overall customer experience standards

•Conduct product demonstrations and physical demo sessions (in-store and at customer locations), clearly explaining product benefits

•Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions

•Support in-store events and customer engagement activities

•Share customer feedback to improve products and experience

•Manage end-to-end product delivery, including home delivery of mobility products

•Assist with basic installation, setup, and product usage guidance

•Perform field duties such as customer visits for demos, deliveries, and post-sale support

•Willingness to handle both store and field responsibilities
