Role Overview
The Store Executive will be responsible for supporting daily store operations and ensuring every customer receives attentive, knowledgeable, and seamless service. This role requires strong product understanding, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with fittings, product guidance, and after-sales support.
- Deliver personalised service aligned with Bridlen's craftsmanship and brand values.
- Maintain strong knowledge of shoe construction, lasts, sizing, and care.
- Process billing and manage POS systems accurately.
- Support stock management, inventory checks, and coordination with the operations team.
- Ensure store cleanliness, visual standards, and product displays are maintained.
- Manage order updates and customer records accurately.
- Assist in coordinating local deliveries and logistics when required.
- Support in-store events, trunk shows, and customer appointments.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets.
- Train and support new team members when needed.
Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of experience in retail or luxury customer service preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Basic understanding of billing systems and inventory management.
- Willingness to work weekends and retail hours.
