Experience
At least 2+ years experience in inventory or store management, preferably in a restaurant or hotel.
Qualifications
- Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality, Commerce, or related field.
- Good English communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational, record-keeping, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inventory and stock records.
- Handle receiving and proper storage of supplies.
- Maintain basic documentation and stock reports.
- Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and other departments.
- Monitor stock levels and control wastage/cost.
- Follow hygiene and storage standards.
