About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience in premium or luxury retail, ensuring the store exceeds business objectives while maintaining brand excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Oversee daily operations including sales, inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance.
- Drive business growth by analyzing KPIs, market trends, and customer insights.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation in line with brand guidelines.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and repeat business.
- Recruit, train, and coach staff, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
- Manage budgets, P&L, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury or premium brands.
