We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic (Designation Name), Purpose of the position
Store-cum-Purchase Manager responsible for end-to-end procurement, inventory management, vendor coordination, and cost control for a 50-seater restaurant, ensuring uninterrupted supply of quality materials while maintaining optimum stock levels and compliance with company and food safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute purchase of food, beverages, and non-food items as per par levels
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with approved vendors for best quality and pricing
- Receive, inspect, and store goods as per quality and hygiene standards
- Maintain accurate stock records, GRNs, issue registers, and FIFO/FEFO practices
- Monitor inventory levels, wastage, expiry, and pilferage control
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for daily and weekly requirements
- Prepare purchase reports, stock variance reports, and cost MIS for management

Educational / Professional Qualification

Work Experience
Minimum 35 years of experience in stores and purchase management in restaurants, hotels, or food service establishments (experience in single-unit or small format restaurants preferred
