As a Store Captain will typically manage end to end LM of 2-3 stores. — The Store Captain is the on-ground leader responsible for rider performance, reliability, and maintaining a ≥90% Direct Handover (DH%) across stores. They ensure process discipline, rider readiness, and smooth onboarding while driving 1–10th Order Reliability (≥90%). Key duties include managing rider attendance, handling grievances (CSAT >90%, NPS >70%), supporting local rider sourcing, conducting inventories, and leading daily huddles
Salary : Upto 35k per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and sustain Direct Handover (DH%) ≥ 90%
Maintain 1–10th Order Reliability ≥ 90%
Manage local sourcing and weekly rider asset checks
Drive rider attendance, daily huddles & grievance resolution
What We're Looking For:
1–3 years of experience in delivery, logistics, or fleet management
Strong leadership and communication skills
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets
Graduation | Local language + basic English proficiency
Function: Last Mile Operations.
