We work closely with artisans and craft communities across India, with a special focus on South Indian and Kerala traditions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who enjoys interacting with people, has an appreciation for Indian art and culture, and is excited to contribute to the growth of a unique retail brand.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the day-to-day operations of the Culturati store.

Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term customer relationships.

Maintain attractive product displays and visual merchandising.

Manage inventory, stock movement and store administration.

Identify and develop opportunities for corporate gifting and bulk orders.

Reach out to corporates, architects, interior designers, hotels and other institutional clients.

Assist in planning exhibitions, pop-up stores and promotional events.

Support marketing initiatives, social media activities and customer engagement.

Coordinate with artisans and vendors for product sourcing and new collections.

Work closely with the founders to grow the brand and expand business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

2–5 years of experience in retail, customer engagement, business development or sales.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A genuine interest in Indian art, handicrafts, culture and heritage.

Familiarity with South Indian or Kerala art and crafts will be an added advantage.

Comfortable interacting with both individual customers and corporate clients.

Well-organised, proactive and willing to take ownership.

Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and digital tools.

• Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Kannada, Malayalam or Tamil will be an advantage.
