Key Responsibilities
- Conduct periodic physical audits of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
- Verify ERP transactions (GRN, stock transfer, material issue, dispatch) against physical records.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, unauthorized modifications, or backdated entries.
- Audit dispatch processes to ensure accuracy, documentation, and FIFO/FEFO compliance.
- Recommend system control improvements and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory mismatches and ensure smooth data flow.
- Maintain compliance with GMP, ISO, and internal audit standards.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of inventory control, dispatch, and ERP audit systems.
- Hands-on ERP experience with audit trails and access control.
- Analytical, problem-solving, and coordination skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity, and compliance awareness.
Experience 7–10 years in stores audit / ERP audit within manufacturing.
