Key Responsibilities
Storage Administration
- Manage and maintain Dell EMC storage arrays (Unity, VNX, PowerMax, or similar).
- Administer and support Isilon / PowerScale NAS clusters.
- Perform LUN provisioning, storage allocation, and capacity planning.
- Monitor storage performance and troubleshoot storage-related issues.
- Implement storage best practices for high availability, redundancy, and disaster recovery.
Backup & Recovery
- Manage enterprise backup solutions such as Dell EMC Avamar, Networker, Veeam, or Commvault.
- Design and maintain backup policies, schedules, and retention strategies.
- Perform backup monitoring, troubleshooting failures, and restore operations.
- Implement disaster recovery and data protection strategies.
Azure Cloud Administration
- Manage Azure Storage Accounts, Azure Backup, and Azure Recovery Services Vault.
- Implement hybrid backup solutions between on-premises and Azure cloud.
- Configure and manage Azure Blob Storage, File Storage, and Archive tiers.
- Support cloud migration and data replication strategies.
