Project Role Description :Provides assessment of existing solutions and infrastructure to migrate to the cloud. Plan, deliver, and implement application and data migration with scalable, high-performance solutions using private and public cloud technologies driving next-generation business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Person should be able to independently design and build any kind storage and backup solutions including Cloud native backup and storage. Commvault design and implementation skill is must. DPM and NetApp skill is desirable

Technical Experience

• Minimum of 5 to 6 years combined experience in Windows/Linux/Cloud Infrastructure in a Medium/Large Datacenter environment.. Extensive experience on Storage technologies design and implementations- NetApp, Commvault, EMC etc.
• Delivery experience in large scale Cloud infrastructure project is must.
• Person should have handled large storage & backup design and implementation projects
• Expertise in driving technical and program level workshops
• Client Facing Skills Attentiveness, Ability to read customers, Adaptability
• Should have architecture, design and assessment hands-on experience.
• Experience of NAS Data/Share migration to cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP)
• Should be able to analyze NAS data and create NAS inventory for migration
• Experience of Cloud native solution for NAS solution (AWS: EFS, AmazonFsx, AWS CloudONTAP, storage gateway, snowball Azure: AzureNetApp, Azure File share & sync GCP: FileStore and Cloud storage)
• Experience to use NAS data migration tool like Robocopy, Data Sync, Cloudsync, Data Dobi, Snap mirror and Data dynamic
• Knowledge on enterprise data backup & recovery applications like Commvault, NetBackup, Veeam. (Commvault preferable)
• Designing backup solution on-prem and public cloud like AWS, Azure & GCP.
• Migrating backup application like Commvault to Public Cloud, utilizing cloud-based object storage for archival.
• Sound knowledge on virtualization platforms like VMware, Hyper-V.
• Knowledge on DR and replication feature in Commvault and Veeam (VBR) Commvault Live Sync.
