We operate on-premises data centers in India and are hiring an on-site storage professional to manage and optimise large-scale SAN/NAS environments.

Role & Responsibilities
- Administer, configure and maintain enterprise SAN and NAS arrays perform LUN/volume provisioning, snapshots, replication and storage tiering to meet SLAs.
- Manage SAN fabric and switch environments: zoning, firmware updates, FC/iSCSI connectivity and vendor coordination for hardware issues.
- Integrate and manage storage for virtualization platforms: create and maintain datastores, storage policies and performance profiles in VMware vSphere environments.
- Monitor storage capacity and performance; proactively identify and remediate I/O, latency and throughput bottlenecks using storage-monitoring tools and logs.
- Design and operate backup, replication and disaster-recovery workflows; validate DR runbooks and coordinate failover/failback exercises.
- Automate routine storage operations with scripts and automation tools, maintain runbooks, and follow change-control processes to ensure operational stability.
