We are seeking dynamic, results-oriented sales professionals to join our growing team. The role involves promoting our stock market advisory services, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Opportunities are available across multiple designations:

• Business Associate (BA)
• Senior Business Associate (SBA)
• Team Lead (TL)
• Sales Manager

• Acquire new clients for our stock market advisory services.
• Provide detailed product/service explanations.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing and research teams to enhance service offerings.
• Prepare reports on client acquisition, sales performance, and market trends.
• Train and mentor junior team members (for TL and Manager positions).

• Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in sales, preferably in stock market advisory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
• Knowledge of stock market concepts is an advantage.
• Leadership and team management skills (for TL/Manager roles).

• 15,000 to 60,000
• Performance-based incentives and bonuses available

1. Initial Screening: HR interview to assess communication skills and profile suitability.
2. Technical Round: Sales and stock market knowledge assessment.
3. Final Interview: Discussion with senior management, including salary negotiation and role confirmation.
