Job Description

Job Responsibilities
  • Drive direct sales of Demat accounts for Arihant Capital.
  • along with margin collection for Equity, Commodity, and Currency segments.
  • Generate revenue through brokerage and client acquisition activities.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets (for experienced candidates).
  • Research financial markets and investment opportunities to provide suitable recommendations aligned with client portfolios.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients by offering timely market updates and investment insights.
  • Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service issues efficiently within defined timelines.
  • Handle and manage HNI (High Net-Worth Individual) clients professionally.
  • Promote and cross-sell training products and additional financial services.
Required Qualifications
  • Required experience minimum 1 year.
  • Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in Broking, Investment Advisory, or related financial services will be an added advantage.
  • Work from office only.
Required Skills
  • Strong understanding of the stock market and financial industry.
  • Target-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business growth.
  • Excellent marketing and client relationship management skills.
  • Willingness to learn new concepts and upgrade skills continuously.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic market situations.
