Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the company's stock inventory, including tracking and overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments.
Prepare for 4-day camps one day in advance.
Responsible for preparing bathing powder, herbal packs, etc.
Dispatch orders on a daily basis.
Monitor and process orders received through Amazon, Flipkart, and the company's website.
Responsible for stage preparation during 4-day camps.
Work and stay at 4-day residential camps or one-day outdoor sessions in Delhi or outside Delhi (no extra emoluments will be provided for this).
Generate and analyze stock reports, identify discrepancies, and investigate causes.
Submit purchase details (vendor information, invoices, and pricing) to internal databases.
Maintain updated inventory records.
Perform any other tasks assigned by the undersigned/management in office or camp.

Requirements

Minimum qualification: High School.
Prior experience in inventory or warehouse management.
Knowledge of stock control techniques and stock auditing.
Ability to lift and move stock as required.
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with suppliers and vendors.
