Stock Associate

Job Description: Stock Executive

• Working knowledge of GST as it applies to inter-branch/stock transfers
• Hands-on experience with E-Way Bill generation and E-Invoicing
• Proficient in MS Excel for stock reconciliation and reporting
• Basic accounting knowledge, including understanding of ledgers, journal entries, and debit/credit concepts
• Familiarity with types of accounts (Personal, Real, and Nominal) and their treatment
• Understanding of stock-related accounting, such as inventory valuation and stock transfer entries between branches
• Ability to reconcile stock and transfer records with books of accounts
• Exposure to accounting software (Tally, SAP, or similar) is an added advantage

Requirement

• Graduate (Commerce preferred)
• Knowledge of GST for stock transfers
• Experience in E-Way Bill and E-Invoicing
• Basic accounting knowledge (ledgers, journal entries, Personal/Real/Nominal accounts)
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Familiarity with Tally/ERP is a plus
