STL – Sub System Technical Lead – Electrical Wiring Harness (UG NX)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Sub System Technical Lead (SSTL) with expertise in Electrical Wiring Harness Design using UG NX (Siemens NX). The candidate will be responsible for leading harness design activities, routing, packaging, and integration of electrical systems for automotive or aerospace products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop electrical wiring harnesses using UG NX/Siemens NX.
- Perform harness routing, packaging, and integration within vehicle/sub-system architecture.
- Create and maintain 2D drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing documentation.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for design validation and issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with customer standards, quality requirements, and project timelines.
- Support design reviews, DFMEA, and engineering change management activities.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Electrical Wiring Harness Design.
- Hands-on expertise in UG NX / Siemens NX.
- Knowledge of harness routing, connector selection, and electrical distribution systems.
- Experience in automotive, EV, commercial vehicle, or aerospace domains.
- Good understanding of engineering drawings, BOM management, and product development lifecycle.
Preferred:
- Experience with Teamcenter/PLM tools.
- Exposure to DFMEA, GD&T, and release processes.
- Prior experience leading a team or module is an advantage.
