Technical knowledge in Hierarchy Management, Data Modeling, Workflows, Business Rules, Web UI, Match & Merge, Inbound & Outbound Integration, Security, Data Migration and Asset Management Good-to-Have 1. MDM expertise in Retail domain 2. Exposure to integration patterns and MDM implementation Styles 3. Agile methodology experience (scrum) 4. Good interpersonal, communication and listening skills 5. Stibo certification is an added advantage SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role 1 Responsible for handling Support tickets and closing them within SLA, and updating of KEDB and SOPs periodically ensuring they are UpToDate. 2 Working on enhancements developing & unit testing MDM configurations as per requirements 3 Coordinate with onsite and customers in supporting the application. 4 Ensure quality of deliverables remains in line with agreed standards
