Stibo STEP MDM Engineer

We are looking for an experiencedStibo STEP MDM Engineerto design, develop, and maintain enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using theStibo STEP platform. In this role, you will play a key part in enabling data governance, improving data quality, and supporting enterprise integrations across business systems.

This position requires strong technical expertise inStibo STEP configuration, MDM development, and integration using C#/.NET within Azure environments.

• Design, develop, and maintainStibo STEP MDM solutions, including platform configuration and customization.

• Implement and maintainSTEP business rulesto support enterprise data governance and business processes.

• Configure and manageSTEP object types, object hierarchies, and data models.

• Develop and maintaininbound and outbound integrationsbetween STEP and other enterprise applications.

• Configurematch and merge functionality, including survivorship rules and algorithms for master data consolidation.

• Implementdata validation and quality rulesto ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of enterprise master data.

• Collaborate withdata governance and business teamsto enforce data integrity and governance standards.

• Develop integration and customization solutions usingC#/.NET in Azure-based environments.

• Troubleshoot platform issues, identify root causes, and optimizesystem performance and MDM processes.

• Work closely withdata architects, integration teams, and business stakeholdersto deliver scalable data management solutions.
  
  

• Bachelor's degree inComputer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 10+ years of overall IT experiencewith at least7+ years focused on Master Data Management and Stibo STEP development.

• Strong hands-on experience withStibo STEP platform configuration and development.

• Solid development experience usingC# and .NET technologies.

• Experience working withMicrosoft Azurefor enterprise integrations and deployments.

• Hands-on experience configuringmatch & merge rules, survivorship algorithms, and STEP object hierarchies.

• Strong understanding ofdata governance, data quality, and data integrity frameworks.

• Experience implementingenterprise data integrations and validation processes.

• Excellentanalytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Strongcommunication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
