We are seeking a skilled MDM–Stibo Consultant with hands-on experience in STEP Data Modeling, Web UI Configurations, and Workflow Automation for Product MDM (Master Data Management). The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing PIM (Product Information Management) solutions using Stibo STEP and should possess strong technical capabilities in SQL and Java Scripting.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Design and implement data models within Stibo STEP platform for product domain.
- Configure STEP Web UI components and customize user interface workflows.
- Develop and maintain STEP Workflows, business rules, and workflow automation.
- Lead or support PIM implementations and product onboarding within the STEP environment.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to understand data governance and product lifecycle needs.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data across systems.
- Create technical documentation, including data flow diagrams and configuration guides.
- Perform data analysis and support data migration activities.
- Integrate Stibo STEP with other enterprise systems using APIs and data connectors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Stibo STEP MDM platform.
- Strong expertise in STEP Data Modeling, STEP Workflow configuration, and Web UI Configurations.
- Experience in Product MDM and managing product-related master data domains.
- Proficiency in SQL, JavaScript, and data scripting for STEP customization.
- Hands-on experience with workflow automation, data governance, and data quality frameworks.
- Understanding of PIM/MDM best practices and methodologies.
- Experience in end-to-end PIM implementation projects is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
