Urgent Hiring: Stibo MDM (STEP) Developer – Offshore

Location: 100% Remote

Role: Contractor

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Stibo STEP MDM Developer to support configuration, workflow development, and integrations with SAP and other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure STEP data models, attributes, hierarchies & business rules

• Build and enhance workflows (onboarding, enrichment, approvals)

• Develop integrations between STEP and SAP (API / file-based)

• Implement data import/export, transformations & mapping

• Work with STEP XML for configurations and workflows

• Support testing, debugging & documentation

• Collaborate with architects & cross-functional teams

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Stibo STEP configuration & development

• Expertise in STEP XML

• Experience with workflows, rules & UI components in STEP

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs & integration patterns

• Experience with Stibo Extension APIs

• Familiarity with SAP integrations

• Strong analytical & troubleshooting skills

• Experience working in Agile environments

Nice to Have:

• Java programming

• Kafka / event-driven architecture

• JSON & data exchange formats

• Talend (ETL tools)

• Product master data experience
