Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Handle incident tickets and provide support for STIBO PIM (STEP) system.
Mentor and guide offshore team members on technical and functional tasks.
Collaborate with client teams to prioritize and manage daily deliverables.
Design and implement data models including Attributes, LOVs, References, and Object Structures.
Configure inbound and outbound integration endpoints.
Develop business rules using STEP APIs and JavaScript.
Configure user groups, user actions, and setup actions within the system.
Build and maintain collections and bulk update configurations.
Design and implement workflows including states and transitions.
Ensure system stability, performance, and continuous improvement.
