Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Steward for a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. The Steward will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining and kitchen areas, setting up dining spaces, assisting with serving meals, and supporting the kitchen team in daily operations. The role also includes ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards, restocking supplies, and maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere for both guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain cleanliness, manage dishwashing tasks, and handle storage organization
• Skills in food handling, portioning, and assisting kitchen staff with daily meal preparation tasks
• Understanding of hygiene and safety protocols and adherence to food safety standards
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service
• Ability to work collaboratively and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
