Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Steward at The Clarks Hotels & Resorts, located in Sri Ganganagar Tehsil. The Steward will be responsible for ensuring top-quality food and beverage service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and organization in dining and service areas, and assisting the team in setting up and clearing tables. The role also involves providing exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and collaborating with the team to ensure seamless operations. Adherence to food and safety standards is expected as part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills and the ability to ensure guest satisfaction and address inquiries professionally
• Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage handling and service
• Experience in Food Service and maintaining cleanliness and organization within dining areas
• Ability to participate in Training to enhance skills and adapt to standard operating procedures
• Attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude
• Experience in hospitality or a related role is an advantage
