Job Summary
We are looking for a well-groomed and service-oriented Steward to join our fine dining restaurant team. The Steward will be responsible for providing excellent guest service, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests politely and guide them to their tables.
- Serve food and beverages as per fine dining service standards.
- Ensure tables are clean, well-set, and properly arranged before and after service.
- Assist guests with menu selection and answer basic questions about food and drinks.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service team to ensure timely service.
- Clear used dishes, glasses, and cutlery from tables.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and equipment.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards at all times.
- Handle guest requests and complaints politely and inform seniors if needed.
- Support team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a fine dining restaurant or hotel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and presentable personality.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of table setting and fine dining etiquette.
- Basic understanding of menu items and ingredients.
- Ability to handle guests professionally.
