This is a full-time, on-site role for a Steward located in Bengaluru. The Steward will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of food and beverage service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a welcoming dining environment. Responsibilities include setting up tables, taking and serving orders, addressing guest inquiries, assisting in maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to food safety standards. The role also includes coordinating with team members to ensure seamless service.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to enhance guest satisfaction and effectively handle inquiries or concerns
• Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, with the ability to manage food service efficiently and ensure excellent dining experiences
• Ability to participate in or facilitate Training sessions to maintain service standards and improve team performance
• Understanding of safety, hygiene, and food handling protocols
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage but not mandatory
• A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferable
