Job Description

  • Table Setup & Maintenance: Clean, arrange, and set tables with appropriate tableware, linens, candles, and seasonal decorations.
  • Guest Service: Welcome guests courteously, escort them to their seats, serve water, and refill glasses as needed.
  • Food & Beverage Service: Deliver beverages from the bar to guests promptly while maintaining service standards.
  • Menu Presentation: Ensure menus are clean, presentable, and properly provided to guests.
  • Table Turnover: Clear used tables efficiently and prepare them for the next set of guests to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Service Area Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across dining and service areas.
