This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai for a Steward / Floor Member. The role involves welcoming guests, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and efficiency in the dining area, and assisting with food and beverage services. Additional responsibilities include following food safety and hygiene standards, coordinating with team members to provide a seamless experience, and adhering to service protocols to uphold the company's standards.

• Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and handle queries or concerns professionally.
• Understanding of Food & Beverage operations and the ability to provide quality service to ensure an exceptional dining experience.
• Capability to undertake Training to continuously improve service and adhere to established best practices.
• Experience in Food Service processes and proper hygiene standards, with attention to detail and efficiency.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Prior experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is an advantage.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic workplace.
