Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role of Steward F&B Service, located in Delhi, India. The Steward will handle day-to-day operations including greeting and seating guests, taking and delivering orders, ensuring table cleanliness, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also assist in maintaining cleanliness, preparing the dining area, and supporting food and beverage operations. The role requires effective interaction with guests to ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guests have an excellent dining experience.
- Basic knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, including menu familiarity and service standards.
- Ability to assist in food service tasks and willingness to participate in training to enhance skills.
