This is a full-time, on-site role for a Steward/Captain, located in Mumbai. Responsibilities include managing daily dining services, ensuring exceptional customer service, overseeing food and beverage delivery, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and monitoring food safety standards. The role requires collaboration with kitchen teams, training staff as needed, taking customer orders, and ensuring smooth operations in alignment with company standards.

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure excellent guest experiences and effective interaction with guests and team members.
• Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service, including knowledge of menu items, serving techniques, and maintaining hygiene standards.
• Ability to train team members effectively, ensuring consistent service quality and adherence to operational procedures.
• A positive attitude, team player mindset, and attention to detail in accomplishing job responsibilities.
• Prior experience in the hospitality or food and beverage industry is a plus.
