Job Description : Job Title: Sterling Production Support Analyst

Experience: 45 years Location: Bangalore Overview We are seeking an experienced Sterling Production Support Analyst to ensure the smooth operation of IBM Sterling applications in a live production environment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical troubleshooting skills, experience in Sterling Integrator (SI), and the ability to work under pressure to resolve critical issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities Production Support: Monitor Sterling Integrator and related systems to ensure high availability and performance. Incident Management: Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on business operations. Root Cause Analysis: Perform detailed analysis of recurring issues and implement permanent fixes. Deployment Support: Assist in code deployments, configuration changes, and patch updates in production environments.

Collaboration: Work closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements. Documentation: Maintain accurate incident logs, resolution steps, and knowledge base articles. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in support processes. Compliance: Ensure adherence to ITIL processes and organizational standards for change, incident, and problem management.

Required Skills Qualifications Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with **IBM Sterling Integrator (SI) and related B2B/EDI technologies**.

Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, and business process modeling in Sterling. Proficiency in UNIX/Linux scripting, SQL, and database troubleshooting. Familiarity with communication protocols (AS2, SFTP, FTP, HTTP). Tools

Frameworks: Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Control M, New Relic) and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, JIRA).

Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Certifications (Preferred): ITIL Foundation, IBM Sterling certifications. Preferred Experience Exposure to production support in high-volume transaction environments. Knowledge of integration with other systems (Mainframe, Boomi, Databases) Experience in performance tuning and capacity planning for Sterling environments.
