Strong hands-on experience with Sterling OMS (config & implementation).
In-depth understanding of Order Life Cycle Management: Order Capture, Reserve, Allocate, Release, Ship Confirm, Cancel/Return.
Experience with Java, XML, XSLT, SQL, JMS, REST/SOAP services.
Experience integrating OMS with ERP, WMS, eCommerce systems.
Good understanding of inventory management, fulfillment strategies, and supply chain processes.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
