Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IBM Sterling OMS Support Manager to manage production support activities, lead the support team, and ensure smooth functioning of the Sterling Order Management System.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage the IBM Sterling OMS application support team.
• Handle L1, L2, and L3 production support activities.
• Monitor application performance and ensure smooth order processing.
• Handle production issues, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA).
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents within SLA.
• Coordinate with development, infrastructure, and business teams.
• Manage critical incidents and client escalations.
• Monitor order management, order fulfillment, and inventory processes.
• Support application releases, deployments, and change management.
• Lead the team and ensure effective delivery of support services.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall IT experience.
• Strong experience in IBM Sterling OMS.
• Experience in Sterling OMS production/application support.
• Good understanding of order management and fulfillment processes.
• Experience in incident management, problem management, and RCA.
• Knowledge of Java, SQL, XML, and integrations is preferred.
• Experience managing L1/L2/L3 support teams.
• Good communication and client-handling skills.

Mandatory: Strong IBM Sterling OMS experience with production support and team management exposure.
