Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a STEM Trainer, based in Indore. The STEM Trainer will design and deliver interactive learning sessions on technology, coding, and entrepreneurship for youth aged 8 to 18. Responsibilities include developing curriculum, conducting hands-on workshops, mentoring students on innovative projects, and fostering a problem-solving mindset. Trainers will also facilitate collaborative learning experiences, encourage innovative thinking, and provide guidance for developing impactful projects. Additionally, the role requires evaluation of student progress and contributions to the development of new training materials.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge in STEM fields such as Programming, Robotics, Electronics, or Artificial Intelligence
• Ability to create and deliver engaging, interactive, and age-appropriate curriculum
• Excellent mentoring, teaching, and communication skills with the ability to connect with children and teenagers
• Experience in conducting hands-on workshops and events is highly desirable
• A passion for fostering innovation, creativity, and critical thinking in young minds
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Science, Engineering, Technology, or Education
• Experience with educational tools or platforms, especially those catering to programming and digital skills
• Organizational skills to manage multiple activities and ensure a smooth learning experience for the participants
• Previous work in the education or training sector, particularly in STEM education and/or youth mentoring, is a strong advantage
