STEM Trainer

This is an on-site, full-time STEM Trainer role located in Gandhinagar. The STEM Trainer will be responsible for delivering hands-on training sessions in robotics, coding, AI, and other STEM-related topics. Key responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting workshops, mentoring students for STEM competitions, and troubleshooting hardware and software components. The Trainer will also track student progress, adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs, and inspire learners to innovate and think critically within the STEM domains.

• Proficiency in teaching coding, robotics, and AI concepts
• Experience with tools and platforms such as 3D printing, AR/VR, drone technology, and animation software
• Strong skills in mentoring students for competitions and engaging in practical STEM education
• Ability to troubleshoot software and hardware components effectively
• Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse learners
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt teaching strategies to differing student needs
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Education, Computer Science, or a related field
• Background in STEM education or similar training environments is a plus
