We are seeking a STEM Faculty for our Kolhapur location. This is a full-time position ideal for freshers who are passionate about innovative teaching methods in STEM subjects. The applicant should have essential skills in robotics and computer teaching, with fluency in English communication. Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess expertise as a Robotics Faculty (Mandatory skill), ensuring students receive a comprehensive understanding of robotics technologies and applications.
- Experience as a Computer Teacher (Mandatory skill), adept at imparting theoretical and practical computer knowledge to students.
- Proficient as a Robotics Teacher (Mandatory skill), facilitating engaging sessions to foster students interest in robotics.
- Experience as ATL Incharge, with the ability to manage and supervise Atal Tinkering Labs to inspire innovative thinking among students.
- Proven track record as a Computer Faculty, knowledgeable in various computer science disciplines and able to effectively convey this knowledge.
- Fluent in English communication skills, vital for delivering coherent and engaging classroom instructions and interacting with students and parents.
- Ability to develop curriculum and lesson plans tailored to students needs and aligned with educational standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills, crucial for mentoring students and collaborating with faculty and staff.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality lectures and hands-on training sessions in robotics and computer science to a diverse group of students.
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that cater to various learning abilities and enhance students academic growth.
- Actively facilitate students involvement in robotics projects and competitions to encourage practical application of knowledge.
- Manage and oversee activities within the Atal Tinkering Lab to promote a culture of innovation and creativity among students.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to develop multidisciplinary teaching strategies that integrate real-world STEM applications.
- Assess and evaluate students progress through tests, projects, and discussions, providing timely feedback and support.
- Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, and continuous education to stay updated with educational advancements.
- Engage with students parents to discuss academic performances, addressing any concerns and fostering a supportive learning environment.
