Position Details

Role: STEM & Robotics Coach

Department: STEM & Robotics

Location: Pune, Maharashtra

Experience: Freshers – 1 Year

CTC: Up to 2-3 LPA

Job Mission

Inspire and educate students through hands-on STEM and Robotics sessions while building your own teaching and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and assist STEM & Robotics sessions in schools and institutions

• Support workshops, training programs, and hands-on activities

• Contribute to day-to-day STEM team operations

• Maintain records, reports, and documentation

• Coordinate with team members and reporting managers

• Submit regular work updates through assigned tools

Required Skills

• Passion for STEM education and hands-on learning

• Strong communication and classroom management skills

• Basic knowledge of robotics, coding, or electronics

• Ability to engage and inspire students

• Punctual, reliable, and a strong team player

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, or similar platforms

• Teaching, tutoring, or coaching experience

• Knowledge of curriculum design or lesson planning

• Marathi Language

Eligibility

• Pursuing or completed B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc. (Physics/Science/Computer Science) or equivalent

• Strong interest in STEM & Robotics

• Good communication skills in English

• Knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, or Gujarati will be an added advantage
