Our AI agents process and analyze vast streams of operational data, while Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) validate and refine the outputs—ensuring every insight is practical, reliable, and grounded in real-world physics and workflows.

We are expanding our risk intelligence and process analytics platform into Steel Manufacturing & Processing, and we're looking for a seasoned Steel Industry SME / Advisory Consultant to guide our AI and Data Science teams.

What You'll Do

Validate AI Logic: Review and critique AI-generated insights, process models, assumptions, and operational recommendations.

Bridge the Gap: Translate real-world steel plant workflows, constraints, and edge cases into actionable context for our machine learning and engineering teams.

Refine Product Relevance: Guide the development of plant-ready AI solutions to ensure outputs align with actual mill practices and technical realities.

Domain Leadership: Serve as our go-to expert on steel coil manufacturing, flat rolled operations, and downstream processing.

What We're Looking For

We are seeking a hands-on technical or operational leader with deep experience in Flat Rolled Steel Manufacturing & Processing, including specific exposure to:

Cold Rolling & Cold Rolling Mills (CRM)

Pickling & Chemical Processing Lines

Annealing (Continuous & Batch)

Galvanizing / Continuous Galvanizing Lines (CGL)

Coating & Finishing Operations

Process Engineering, Quality Control, or Plant Management
