Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore for a Steel Detailer. The Steel Detailer will be responsible for producing detailed shop and architectural drawings, steel detailing for various projects, and rebar detailing required for structural steel structures. The role involves collaborating with project teams and ensuring drawings comply with quality standards and project specifications. Attention to detail, adherence to timelines, and collaboration with engineering teams are key aspects of this position.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in producing Shop Drawings and Architectural Drawings for steel structures.
- Strong skills in Steel Detailing, including Rebar and Steel Structures, ensuring precision and compliance with industry standards.
- Knowledge of relevant engineering software and tools for steel detailing and drafting.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and architectural plans accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality in work deliverables.
- Effective teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Educational background in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or relevant technical fields is preferred.
- Prior experience in steel detailing or related roles is an advantage.
